This exceptional Feathered Indian war bonnet contains 14 real feathers. The are distinctively dyed bright colors and are mounted on a die cut, punch and folded head band with an elastic strap across the back. The head band is 15 inches wide, and has extraordinary Indian graphics including an Indian Chief printed in 4 colors. This is what a dime would buy in the 1950's. The bonnet comes in a clear bag with a top tag featuring a remarkable cameo of an Indian.

We found a small quantity packed in a box in an old dime store slated for demolition. Hasn't seen daylight for almost 50 years! No fading, No rips, Perfect Condition. This item is typical of stuff in the large Dime Store merchandise finds we made. We pack it securely and send it First Class U.S. Postal.
