J.F. Frantz & Baker Original Stock Kicker Catcher Score Reel Strip Fits all Kicker Catcher Games ~ Baseball ~ Pot-O-Gold ~ Football  This gummed strip is original Baker and Frantz Stock. The gum is good, just lick it and stick it. This is for all Kicker Catcher style games. Perfect condition. Makes your game look pristine. Easy to install without removing the score wheel. Just mark the center of the “0” position of the old strip and the face screw on the outside face of the wheel, Remove the screw from the reel face. COUNT TURNS of the wheel! You must put the face screw back in when done with the same amount of turns on the wheel as when started. It is spring wound 3 turns. Remove the old strip with a wet sponge and scrape it with your fingernail until you have clear wood. Lightly sand it with fine sandpaper to remove all debris. Soak the wood face, and let it almost dry. Lick the back of the new strip, align it with your “0” mark and wind it around, pressing it in place. If the original strip was missing, there is also an alignment mark for the score strip on the outside perimeter of the inside score wheel rim. It is very subtle. It is a small mark of some kind on the inside rim of the score wheel. Usually a small drilled hole, sometimes a "V" notch filed in the rim. That is the starting point of the paper strip above "0". Keep it straight. Replace the face screw. It takes 5 minutes. Let it dry overnight. DON'T over wet the strip and wipe the gum off. I usually lick it like an old postage stamp. A sponge or wet paper towel could easily wipe off the moisture activated gum.
