Featuring Jumbo the Elephant & Circus Tents

Not sure of the date but I believe it to be 1940's. It's a small 3 ½ inch by 7 inches, red, white and blue circus peanut bag. Really nice circus tent graphics with Circus wagons and an elephant that says Jumbo Peanuts on his blanket, an obvious reference to the elephant, Jumbo, a Ringling B&B circus exclusive.

This is a classic example of an early circus concession wrapper! We found a small stack in a retired Clowns trunk. Bags this old usually didn't survive, but this one is in Perfect Unused Condition. Unique addition to any circus collection or a sharp vintage elephant framable.
