The holders are curved with serrated grippers and are accompanied by an elastic rubber band. There are 8 on the card in 4 bright colors. This is a remarkable point of sale hair styling accessory set that sold for 39¢. The illustrated store display card is 3 ½ inches by 6 inches. It has exceptional graphics of a little girl with a pony tail. It is dated 1970. This item is typical of stuff in the large Dime Store merchandise finds we made.
