Dime Store Box of 72 Pair

1950’s ~ 10¢ Shoe Laces

18 Inch White ~ Japan

This is how the department stores and dime stores got them in the 1950’s. A bulk Box of ½ Gross (72) Pair. The box contains 6 individual, cellophane packages. Each package contains 1 dozen pair, each pair individually wrapped with a paper band. The band around each pair says, Paulanne Shoe Laces ~ Superior Quality ~ 18 inches ~ 10¢ ~ Japan. The box is in good shape. It has a minor water stain and a few bruises. The manufacturers tag is intact as shown in the photo. Half a century old!

The Vintage Shoe laces are 100%. They are no longer bright white, but have a slightly faded patina over time. They are still strong and flexible. They are flat cloth fabric with celluloid clenched ends. You get the box and all 72 pair. Ideal for the merchandising or Dime Store collectors. Or if you go through a lot of shoe laces. Imagine paying only 10¢ for something! This item is typical of stuff in the large Dime Store merchandise finds we made. If you like vintage Dime Store and Variety Store stuff, bookmark us. We pack it securely and send it First Class U.S. Postal.
