1970’s Cloth Patch Appliqués Raggedy Ann & Andy Dragon Snakes ~ Cute Mouse ~ Playboy Bunny ~ Rose + More This set of 15 different cloth patch appliqués is from the early 1970’s. They average about 3 inches high and 2 inches wide. There is a nickel or a ruler in the photos for a size reference. You get a very good selection of 15. Some color variations. These are a quality notions item from an old Dime store distributor. Here’s some shots of what you get.  
See Photo Below You get 3 assorted Raggedy Ann and 2 assorted Raggedy Andy. You get 3 assorted Mouse Playing Fiddle. You get an Apple Core, the famous Playboy Bunny, a colorful Beautiful Rose and 4 assorted Dragon Snakes. These are all brightly colored, detailed cloth appliqué patches. I am not sure how they work, but I think you peel the foil backing off, and then some how iron them into place, trim the backing and sew it around the perimeter. It might be that just ironing them into place holds them and they don’t need sewing, but I just don’t know for sure. They are highly detailed multi-colored, and a very interesting set. Just the 5 Raggedy Ann & Andy appliqués make this a very desirable vintage notions set, but you get all 15 different appliqués! Use them on clothes, or frame them for your wall. They are over a quarter century old and you can’t find them anywhere but here! We have a few dozen sets, all with the same assortment of 15 different. We package them carefully, seal them in a plastic bag and send the first class mail. |
