Both figures are 3 ¾ inches high and include their weapon. They are mounted on a card advertising Pepsodent Toothpaste as part of a past promotional of 8 different GI Joe action figures. You get both action figures. They have swivel heads, arms and legs. The card has a short story about the figure including how it fits into the GI Joe family of action figures, what their duties are, etc. Nice item for the GI Joe collectors. Perfect Condition.
