This fantastic tin litho toy car set is still in it's Original Variety Store Display Package! You get 3 vehicles! Each is 3 ¼ inches long, 1 ½ inches wide and 1 inch high. They have all tin construction, top and bottom. Metal axles with 4 journal bushing tab mounts on each axle, 2 for each wheel, together with hard black ½ inch diameter wheels on a freewheel mechanism. All four wheels rotate independently.

These are Quality, Classic Japan Imports! The phenomenal detailed graphics exemplify the minute facial features of the individual people in the cars. The excellent combinations of the stamped tin features with the exceptional lithograph details project a complimentary 3-D appearance that is an all time feature of Japan classic imports of the 50's and 60's.

The black and white Police Car says, Highway Patrol and Police along with the typical features of a police car. The white car says Ambulance in 3 places and has a nurse and medic driving, alone with markings characteristic of an ambulance. The Fire Chief's Car is bright Red, and says F.D. in 3 places, and Chief on the top.

They all say Made in Japan in small letters on the back. The also have superbly lithographed features of items typical of the era, like the fender mounted sirens, Top Flashing Lights and clear official markings. These are quality, Classic tin toys of the Era. The stamped tin bottom is securely tab fastened, with wrap-arounds that appear as bumpers. The whole set is still in it's original Dime store rack display package with a top tag that says, Lucky Toy, and Made in Japan. Unopened, unsold, original Dime Store merchandise still In Packages. Typical age patina, otherwise Perfect Condition!
