See Photos Below It comes with a full compliment of 12 individually packaged Whistling Lassos. This ingenious little gadget makes a whistling sound when twirled like a rope lasso. It consists of a stiff cardboard “wing” that contains a steel harp wire with 2 hooks that hold a stretched rubber band. The Rubber band reverberates when it moves through the air, so you can control the pitch by the speed you twirl it.
