Here's one for the serious DQ collector. Seldom seen, Exceptional Condition, Outstanding relic from the early 1950's. We found just a few in a box on the back shelf of an old D.Q. slated for demolition. It's an Unused, One Pint, Round, Take Home Paper Ice Cream Carton with Rimmed Lid. Extraordinary illustrations from DQ's early era. Their jingles and slogans are all there. Striking Graphic of the Dairy Queen Cone with the DQ's all over it.

Note their famous slogan, The Cone With The Curl On Top, and the distinctive look of the early 1950's Ice Cream Stand. It is printed in their exclusive yellow and blue ink. The construction is of thick, waxed cardboard paper. It has leak proof Rolled Rim end discs crimped in at the top and bottom. This rare carton stands 3 ½ inches high with lid. It is 3 ½ inches in diameter, and is Not tapered. This is truly a unique item with classic Dairy Queen features!

The lid has a ¾ inch rim, and fits snugly. It has a top stamped mark that says, One Pint U.S. Liquid Measure ~ Serial FC-1. It also has the same mark printed on the bottom, along with graphics identifying the manufacturer of the carton, Fonda of St. Albans, Vermont along with their Pine Tree logo.

It is dated 1953 in one of the many exciting DQ features printed on the carton. The obsolete DQ trademark Baby's Face in a Parka holding an Ice Cream Cone is present along with the copyright date and info.
