This set of toy cars is typical of what a nickel would buy in the 1950's. Japan was exporting tin lithograph toys in the 1950's, some were even made from old beer cans turned inside out, others from recycled war materials. They were made to sell cheap. Early Japan tin lithography has grown into a hot collectable! These exceptional miniature cars are made by tin lithography. They have 3 dimensional features with fine details. The distinctive 50's Japan look is evident.

Each car has multiple lithographed colored details including the faces of the drivers and passengers! They have 4 rotating wheels, and every car says in real small letters, Japan. You get 10 cars and the unopened store display package.

Notice the exceptionally fine features that are highlighted by the multi-color lithography. The above photo shows a typical set of 10. The photo below shows several sets side by side. We have a small box with a few dozen sets. When they are gone, they are gone.

Note that the sets have a few varied styles of cars. Your set might not contain the same exact cars as shown in the photo above, but it will have 10 different cars of the same typical design. If there is one car in particular you want included in your set we will try to accommodate you, but we are selling the sets unopened. Perfect Condition. You get 10 cars in the store display package. This item is typical of stuff in the large Dime Store merchandise finds we made. We pack it securely and send it First Class U.S. Postal.

It probably contains, or is, a choking hazard, and probably includes other features that are not suitable for children to play with.
