Cigarette Payout Card

1930's  Original Stock

This is card is 6 inches by 3 ½ inches. Has two color printing with fantastic graphics of Old Gold, Lucky Strike, Philip Morris, Chesterfield, Camel. The card was used in conjunction with a multitude of Gambling trade stimulators that displayed cigarette pack symbols on the reels, or the ones using Cigarette Dice, from the 1930's through the 1950's.

Merchants would place these on the counter near the machines to indicate how much they would pay out in trade (merchandise) for different combinations (thus the word Trade Stimulator). When the cops came in they would quickly put away or turn over the card, making the machine just another gum vender. Besides, they paid out in Points, Each "point" is worth 1¢ in trade to buy the merchants merchandise from beer at saloons to candy at Ma & Pa Stores.

Extra thick card stock. Original unused ABT stock from the 1930's. Slightly yellowed. Otherwise, Perfect Condition
