Jeep Toy Car in a 10¢ Dime Store Display Package dated 1954. This 1950’s die cast metal toy jeep has extraordinary details.  2 ¾ inches long. The distinctive Jeep military style is evident with the spare wheel and gas can on the back, and the Army style front bumper. A 1950’s favorite for hunters, campers and farmers, the Jeep proved itself as more than just a reliable war vehicle.

This toy was made by Midgetoy, Rockford, ILL.  The toy comes in a cellophane bag with a top tag stapled on.  The top tag is bedecked with the Midgetoy elves, and says, Junior Size Jeep, and is marked 10¢.  It is dated ©1954.
