It has the highlights polished, but the background is unpainted and the mounting tabs are undrilled, so you can customize it to match your game. It fits 4 different baseball games that I know of, and probably a few I don't know of. It is 7 ¼ inches wide and 2 ½ inches high, cast aluminum, scalloped top.
