This genuine certificate is 11 ¾ inch wide and 8 inches tall. It is mostly money green. It is canceled and paid. It incorporates a vignette of two horses with an eagle between them.

The certificate is for 100 shares, with 100 being in the upper corners. It looks like a large $100 bill. The P.R.R. was instrumental in developing the west.
