Baseball Bumper Sticker

This is an unusual combination. Elsie wearing a Cincinnati Reds Baseball cap on a bumper sticker that says, Elsie Says . . . . Pour It On, Reds! It’s red, white and yellow. 13 inches long and 3 ½ inches high. Early 1970’s, issued by Borden’s dairy products with permission of the Cincinnati Reds.

Elsie’s head is almost always the traditional Elsie with the daisies around her neck, and usually nothing else. But this unusual item has her also wearing the Cincinnati Reds Baseball cap! It’s shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard, and there is a slight ripple up the center where the peel off wax paper on the back separates to expose the sticky back. It smoothes out if you stick it on something. The small smudges you see in the photo are on the shrink wrap and not the bumper sticker. No fading, no folds or tears, Perfect Condition.
