This paper menu is printed in 7 colors. It is 5 ¾ inches by 9 inches. The top has a colorful Café style cloth awning edge that says, Menu and sign that says, Squirt, with the old Squirt Logo. The center area is blank for the restaurant to type or print in their menu.

The bottom has the Squirt boy dressed as a waiter and rushing out a tray with a Hamburger and a bottle of Squirt on it. A table corner shows a sandwich ready to eat and a bottle of cold Squirt in the old twisted green glass bottle. At the bottom in small print it says © 1959, The Squirt Company.
