William Harley and Arthur Davidson built their first motorcycle in 1903.  This Pen & Ink drawing illustrates their new 1903 Harley-Davidson cycle with a selling price of $200, on the boardwalk, in front of the dealers storefront. The cycle came with a one cylinder, 3 HP engine capable of speeds up to approximately 35 mph.
